Rule player violated: tked my RC twice while i was researching.
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): Before GP was at 17:00 mark.
Any further thoughts: u could argue he was denying my rc but titan was not even close to my First RC since there were walls blocking the titan from it . (South-East of mound) He also -exp/-froff without vote (probably did not change the game much since titan was camping)
