Regarding the fountain sitting:
The game lasted 39:40 and you're complaining that he decided to sit in the fountain at 38:16? At that point in the game scourge was fountain farming and it was the only safe place on map.

Regarding the flaming:
Flaming in and of itself is not against the rules. Extreme impoliteness, which can take the form of flaming, is. In this game you were all bashing each other for being incompetent players. No bigoted language was thrown around, no caps, no spamming, no real insults. And since everyone was taking part in it, I would not hold it against phamkh.
