I did not see anything special happening at 20 minute mark, you came out of invis but he didn't do anything to indicate mh
21 minutes he has wards around he was moving around in the jungle, he didn't even go the same path as you, he took a different route, whole scrouge jungle was warded so that was why he started off by dusting.

Watching what was seen here does not conclude beyond a doubt that fighter33 is mhing, therefore; I am denying this request.
