[DOTA] Vritrep throwing since lobby with koldbrann

I first read the chat and translated their language (croatian) with google translate. In the replay link, you can see them talking:

(01:12 / All) Koldbrann: picke su oni = they are small
(01:19 / All) Koldbrann: svi tamo = all over there
(01:20 / All) vrtirep: ima da 40 puta da poginem = has 40 times to die
(01:26 / All) Koldbrann: treba ih jebati = they should fuck them
(01:55 / All) Koldbrann: trebao si mid = you should be mid
(02:19 / All) vrtirep: reko sam ti = i'm telling you
(02:33 / All) Koldbrann: nemoj = do not
(02:38 / All) Koldbrann: ko ih jebe = who fucks them
(02:43 / All) Koldbrann: igram = i'm playing

Note that the first line was said in ally, koldbrann didn't see it.

Concerning the throwing & feeding, by watching the replay it looks like CM wasn't really feeding on purpose and was just bad at the game. The only suspicious times were at the end when he showed up against 2 the first time then 3 the second time, never backed and died but at that point, the game was mostly over. We do not ban for people being bad/new at the game (165 games).
