Any further thoughts: While we using pet to clear mines need to band, to fair if techies not mines without a good reasons also need to ban
first 15 mins no mines at all and later on the stun wards only for protect himself while he is there, not for the team.

Techies doesn't plant a single mine the whole game, until all 3 rax are dead. Instead he goes Lothar and Dagon and rushes enemies with Suicide. It's clear that Techies knows how to play his hero but trolls instead.
