Any further thoughts:
Obvious hacks I used my dagger to hide in the blind spot (no vision) forest and he knew where I was and ult'd me with no missed, and I used my dagger again to blink to blind spot (AGAIN) just to check if he really can see me AND he ASKed PINK (STORM) TO USE HIS ULT where he pin me down . I watched the replay and he has no vision on me and he knew where to go.

27:08 He runs directly to Gandalf. Seems odd he would run all that way passing creeps just for the chance orange might be there.

27:40-28:15 Definitely suspicious. Had no vision the whole time but never missed with spells and even pings were spot on.

Although there is still little evidence, that last play did it for me. Combining the slightly suspicious plays in the other ban request, I would say that he is map hacking at this point.

Also I noticed that bara was complaining about blue and yellow maphacking, also pleasedont himself. I did notice some suspicious events by the both of them at times but since the ban request was not on either of the two I didn't go out of my way to gather evidence (yet!!!).

31:28 Interesting backtrack as yellow attempted to chase him at half hp.

33:55 Direct run into spectre, no vision. Very obvious.

35:45 Another direct run to spectre, no vision. Again obvious.

I am even further convinced, and am 100% sure that this player maphacks, and should in return be banned 1 year.
