CR7 is playing meepo with evident map hack.

8:23 Takes straight pathing to low hp zeus in the jungle with one meepo, has never done anything like it throughout the game except for this instance.

25:27 Meepo was killing Rosh alone. But with NO WARDS or any VISION, when Arc Warden and Drow Ranger came near the rosh pit he instantly teleported one meepo back to the fountain and flinched, moving all of his meepos back and forth as if he is deciding to escape or to check the river. He couldn't make up his mind whether to fight or escape and moved his meepos to the far back corner. An instant reaction to enemies nearby while roshing. Also his meepos were all more than half hp, therefore he has no excuse for teleporting back as he clearly could have finished rosh in the extra 10 seconds.

31:02 in middle of pushing the lane really short, all of a sudden just teleports and backs when Arc warden and drow comes near. Throughout the game, he has pushed very deep when no heros were nearby (with no vision obviously). However, whenever drow and arc comes near him, he stops his push immediately and backs out of the lane without any vision.

Any further thoughts:
Judging from the country he is from, I believe this guy is forsakeme- ( @forsakeme on forum, cute fact, he's been following me around lately on smurfs). I do not know what main he has but I guess that can be easily checked from his aliases. The map hack is very clear in this game from his teleports alone. he knows when to push and back out, and is very successful at avoiding all ganks. Pattern is he knows when to push deep and when not to without vision.

The biggest evidence of map hack is at time 25:27 when he was roshing. As mentioned above already, he instantly reacted to 2 heros coming towards him, hesitating whether to dodge or not while moving meepos to the far corner of the roshpit. He does try to somewhat hide his map hack i must say, but this is the key time where his map hack is evident.

*also he may be using a vpn judging from where is from, kazakhstan lol... i don't know if there are dota players in kazakhstan playing on ENT US bots.*

I play a lot of meepo as well and i know the hero has the nature to tp around the map a lot but this guy is map hack for sure.

Those are the key words here, that explains most of ur suspicions. Your meepo was way more suspicious compared to mine. But i'm not gonna waste my time on you by finding those. As to the moment with roshan, from what i recall > One meepo gets low hp, i tp him to the base. And also in case if i need to poof them all to the base, i need to keep one there. ; None of you on the map , thus u either farming ancients, jungle or spotted me; And last and my most valuable argument, is that i assumed you and ur friend were maphacking and i forgot about you guys might have a ward in cross of the river, just at that moment when i was heading to roshan, i've gotten too driven and forgot about all of that, however, then in a halfway i realized that, and was just making sure i won't just give away a roshan to you and was waiting for my teamates, who were on their way.

@forsakeme No as soon as Arc and Drow came near, you immediately reacted moving your meepos around. Moving them towards the far back corner of the Rosh pit. Very unnecessary and something nobody will ever do without vision. Your meepos were half hp and you were clearly able to finish doing it

Also the ward on your team was placed after the incident, before that there was no ward anywhere in river or jungle, you simply had no vision.

Your explanation in summary:

1. You all of a sudden thought your enemy team had a ward so you had to back out in middle of doing rosh when two heros just got near you.
Oh and just had to move your meepos to the corner of rosh just at that time, very nice explanation there bud.

2. because "meepo" is a hero that teleports a lot, it is justified and completely normal to teleport out of all ganks and push lanes deep whenever there is no one defending while having no vision of enemy heros on minimap.. hmm

you still haven't explained clear pathing towards low hp zeus in jungle with one meepo. you never scouted our jungle with one meepo throughout this game except for this instance.

Do you really live in kazakhstan (as your ip shows)? Also why do you throw games and deny it saying it was your brother who turned into your cousin that is learning dota ? It seems to me your lies are pretty bad and inconsistent, but you chose to stick to your lies which is the sad part. it's just silly and not even "trolling" as it is plainly dumb to do so.

You've built your reputation throwing games on smurfs and it is evident on other ban requests on you too. Also i decided to make one comment oon ban request on you because you threw on my team and attempted to snipe me multiple times. I can go find the games for you if you insist. You are in overall a bad dota player with low ethics, it was very relevant to link my ban request as you are breaking multiple rules in game.

Why not explain all the time slots I've mentioned? Your explanations are so far ridiculous and it is very easy to see that you map hack. Mods will know right away when they view the replay.

I have faith in @falenga and @edgeofchaos to see your map hack gameplay as they are more involved in dota and know meepo.

I'll start with a note. My timestamps will be according to the replayer's time, which OP's timestamps were according to in game time.

0810 geo tries to gang bot. At some point, half hp zeus passes right to geo in fog. Geo never realised it. Would be an easy kill.
1040 ( 0820 in OP's timestamps ) geo is pushing, and tries to back off through the jungle. Nothing suspicious here. Gained vision from the 1st second he stepped foot in the jungle.
The whole roshan incident is indeed very suspicious.
3200 zeus is right above him, yet he doesn't react.
3430 he tried to kill that creep wave, got vision of traxex, and then retreated.

Well, my only concern here is the 2700 roshan incident. And since one suspicious movement is not enough for a ban, i am simply going to leave my review here, and let other mods take a look as well.

I agree with FalenGa. There is not sufficient evidence here although the roshan movement is indeed suspicious.
