Nonsense, and you know it.
red been afk (which he told in lobby before game started, but im not 100 % sure about that it was alrdy late) did fuck up the gamemode and you constantly unpause to ruin the game and not give a chance for a recovery to play the game you just want the cheap elo you even admitted to it that ur using the rules in your favor to get elo in the game after. You ruin game at the very start he could not even build or have any chance to join the game and let all others of us have a game. Your argument ( i have no time for pause this sry, not my problem) is invalid because if you do not have time for 1-2 min afk in a game its nonsense to join it. its different when you fuck up the mode and are afk rly long time, but you instantly keep unpausing all attempts of our and your own team pauses to make this game playable. There is no chance at all to play this game you just want to farm cheap elo.
This is why 2 of your teammates wanted you to draw and be fair aswell. Its bullshit.

Clearly what ur doign is gameruinign by unpausing the game that ha sbeen long time in lobby despite red not being afk for a long time, he returned like 1-2 minutes later. I have never been requested for an abuse for vk cause i like fairplay and not easy elo. this is utter nonsense and even if your behaviour might not be stated in the rules ( cause there are always gray area and pricks trying to work around the community and fair play to get some cheap elos) it is imo a kind of gameruin on purpose. for that vk and draw is totally acceptable. IMO this is not vk abuse.

I was in game as well, basically what Anda said, red was obviously afk, didnt choose mode, and this guy that's reporting was just trying to gain free elo by unpausing every time. I know that pausing isn't mandatory but red didn't even choose mode, this guy reporting is just upset that it got drawn. IMO if you're gonna play by the "rules", at least have some manners and let someone come back from afk, which supposedly he said in lobby (especially if he's red picking mode). He just tried to game ruin and for him to even post a BR is just stupid, really don't need people like this playing games on 1200+.

Unpausing isn't against the rules, it is that player's fault for being afk (not anyone else) and it is every player's choice to wait for him.

anda@useast.battle.net should also be banned for voting in the vk abuse (by his previous post, it seems like re-reading rules woulnd't hurt him)

No wonder you 2 guys are so beloved on the LTD community lol. UNpausing every time when he clealry said in lobby before the game starts im afk. And you dont have time for a pause but you join the immediate next game vs me and we play wave 31+ but no time ofc. People like you are the problem that so many players tell 1200 bot i sgetting toxic and not playable anymore. This is toxic behaviour and you should not be rewarded for it in any way.
What you lack in skill u seem to make up in bad behaviour. Cheers im looking forward to never playing with you 2 again.

I think that your arguments are out of context here, because this votekick had a purpose which applies for votekick as indicated in ENT's wiki :

Do not abuse !votekick: its only purpose is to kick game ruinners who violate ENT's rules and negatively impact the game for either or both teams in the game.

You might say here that even though hybrid did have a negative impact on the game, he didn't broke anyrule. BUT THIS IS WRONG! He did broke many rules :

1. Do not delay a game from starting by joining/leaving multiple times or otherwise.
2. Do not lie about modes. If you intend to choose a non-default mode or if there is no known default mode, announce the mode in lobby or vote ingame/in lobby.
2.1 The default mode is -hpgmcb prophet or -phgmcb, no exceptions.
3. Do not save or pause the game while playing in order to distract players and hinder gameplay.
4. Do not purposely glitch or exploit the game.

1. Not only he did delay the game to start, be he did obliged the mode to be default and to restart the game, which can be included in the "otherwise" of the quoted rule.

2. He did force the mode to be -apgmcb, when the mode was supposed to be -phgmcb, which should be considered as choosing non-default mode, even though he was not even the red player.

3. He did unpause the game to hinder the gameplay experience of all the other players.

4. He exploited the game, knowing that people would draw it. He even said that he has not "any problem to using rules in [his] favor, just that [he] can and this make [him] pleasure".

Also, red should not be banned because he did tell other players about the fact that he was going AFK.

TO CONCLUDE,
IN MY OPINION, ENT SHOULD TAKE RADICAL MEASURES AGAINST PLAYERS LIKE KYOU AND HYBRID FOR RUINING GAME EXPERIENCE OF THE COMMUNITY!

I wasnt in that game, but ban them? for what? when red said in lobby he gotta go afk for a while, u just pause and wait. It's same like on any other lvl. If u want to send 15, one player calls he gotta afk during 14, some deepsh*t unpause it, u fail send 15 cuz that guy is still afk. Who will get banned? The afk guy, who called he gotta go afk, or the guy, who unpaused?

Well and that part, when u want to ban people for kicking player, who is obviously game ruinning is ridiculous. Seriously, sometimes you are looking on it like a robot without manners who is just copy-pasting rules and not like a human who can fill into that situation.

First of all, your 1-4 are all wrong.
1. They didnt delay the game, They wanted the game to start, the opposite of delaying.
2. They didnt force the mode to be -apgmcb. Red was afk and no one noticed it until after the mode was set. Kyo and Hybrid just wanted start the game.
3. Pausing = hinder the gameplay. The rule only works on "save and pause" not unpausing. Like Hyo said: "Unpausing isn't against the rules, it is that player's fault for being afk (not anyone else) and it is every player's choice to wait for him."
4. They did not exploite the game, since they didnt want to draw, they wanted to play the game.

So Hyos arguments are 100% right here.
Since red was afk for 3 mins+, + didnt announce it in the lobby, + it caused the mode to be -apgmcb he should be banned.
And as Hyo said, the people who started the votekicks and voted should be banned because they tried to kick them so they could draw the game.
