He isn't dodging, he can't play under the same name, he is unbanned proply. If you're banned, ur account is banned even if you dodge the ban you have to make a new account from the diff IP, since the username is banned.
This isnt anything to look into, just a mistake by this guy.

Well, theres a few odd things:

Culpa_joya seems to have an acc at europe, USWest and USEast (which quite frankly im almost sure they are the same user, considering the country is the same in both europe/USEast)

And looking at this: https://entgaming.net/openstats/lod/player/joya_culpa/ New acc, similar name, same country - its obv he's dodging (He just changed culpa_joya to joya_culpa ... lol)

They can tell if someone tries to join a game and is banned (I think) and it is dodging if you play on another account while your acct is banned. Many ISPs cycle through ips at will or if someone plays from a cafe they have multiple ips to play on.

Have you played with The_Goldo and Culpa_Joya? They don't speak English well. I don't think they knew permanent invisibility and sleight of fist is a bannable combo. And I'm pretty sure Joya_Culpa didn't understand the announcement saying he's under a ban when he tried to join. He might have changed his comp in a net cafe simply because he thought the problem is the comp. Then after he figured he couldn't still join, he might have tried a different name. I mean I report ban dodgers a lot but that's after I ask them the reason why and whether or not they knew about the rules. I think they should get a chance to be informed about the rules first in, I don't know Spanish maybe, before a permanent ban.
