Violated Rule(s): fro_tman picked AP has game mode. Both never draw when we had an afk, they didn't kick the afk, and they kept unpausing when we tried to wait for yellow at beggining of the match.

Any further thoughts: Game starts and red picks AP, so we try to draw, and they don't. Then we realise (EAST team) that yellow (Aar) is afk. We try to pause the game and they keep unpausing all the time. Then, when we try to vk yellow, they don't vote. We then tried many times to draw because it was 3v4 and wrong mode but they never did. We also told them many times that they would get banned for this and that it's against the rules.

How does that even make sense ? Plus they can't say that they don't speak English since they're from France because they clearly can.

Because of all this they should be banned, not only because they don't respect rules, but basically because they're trolls and deliberately ruin other people games.

Player Aar was afk from the beginning of the game, until he was kicked at 1300.
He is banned for 5 days.

Player Marc declined the first votekick.
Players Marc, ismailov, NIMOI and FrO_TmaN declined the 2nd votekick.
All 4 members of the east team declined the 3rd votekick.
The 4th one passed, with FrO_TmaN and Marc still not voting.

Player FrO_TmaN is banned 5 days, for picking an unannounced mode and refusing to votekick.
Player Marc is banned 3 days for refusing to votekick.
Player NIMOI is banned 12 hours as a warning. He accepted 2 of the votekicks, and tried to accept a 3rd one as well. He was just slow.

About the above chat.

First of all, this behavior can get you banned as well. Not only for flaming, but for lying about our rules.
What do i mean by that? Well, noone has to wait when a game is paused, no matter the reason. It's yellow's fault that he was afk, why would someone wait for him if he doesn't want to?

Also, !draw is a vote, not an obligation. Again, no matter the circumstances, anyone can decline a draw for whatever reasons.

Finally, going afk is against our rules.
