D sent solo every round and completely ignored me. In addition, he did not heal or upgrade king when it was dying and instead sat on 1000 wood doing nothing.

After reviewing:

Doens't send on 1, solo sends on 6, 7 and solo sends 8 (chariots) when the king needs upgrades

NO DRM selections for healing either on round 7

drvnp@useast.battle.net should be banned for refusal to save/send with the team (not upping the king when required/asked on 7 & previous solo sends) + not healing the king
