Time of Violation (in-game or replay): pretty much entire latter half of the game he doesn't help or attempt to help team. lets them rax and never defends till we're all dead. replay + items make it pretty obvious he's not trying to win. At 26min and 33min he refuses to defend a rax so he can farm/do nothing

Any further thoughts:

At the 2653 time stamp, there were 4 attacking the tower/rax and 4 defending, while invoker was in top lane. Your four were able to push them away, and as soon as one of you died invoker tpd to help. I think that is not failure to defend.
At the 3315 time stamp, as soon as they appeared on minimap to rax bot, invoker clicked his tp scroll, but the building/creep he tp'd to died so the tp canceled. That also is not failure to defend.
I saw him as active throughout the game.
