To be honest i dont care about something like ELO points but i do care about fair play and having fun while playing.

After reviewing:

Drawing is not mandatory, it's a player's decision/vote, so not bannable if anyone decides not to draw it
Dind't see any flaming that would warrant a ban either

This brq should be denied as no rules were violated

some of players told me that if theres leaver before 10 and not drawing its bannable and i belived in that
