20:19 wants to go pick up rune but when he scrolls and sees that rune is not there goes back and he does not walk close enough to reveal rune itself if it was there
22:00 goes to my location with invi ignoring orange freepushing on mid lane.
24:18 uses storm ulti to fly to my position and kill me with aftershock. PRECISE AIMING OF STORM!

I do not see how I played like mh this game, except there was one random ball lighting to kill him because i knew he already warded their wood.
I would say that the difference between him and me is that he played follow his eyes , and I played with exp.

2019: He was heading down river, but you are presuming it was for a rune. There is no evidence for this. He backed when you became visible near tower and brown was moving to gank you, so he may have turned around to come help.
2200: he had invis rune and scouted all over the sentinel forest before finding you. Oj was at the tower in mid lane, but his decision to hunt woods rather than go to middle lane to defend is not evidence.
2418: uses storm ulti to move to you in fog. This is suspicious, but as the only time stamp is not sufficient.
