Time of Violation (in-game or replay): level 7 solo upgrade king, level 8 solo upgrade king and trying TK!
Any further thoughts:

From start we were pucning enemy team hard, they leak very hard level 1 then level 3, then insane level 3 and lose 3 heals cause 80 leak and immo!
We get IMMO TOO and of course that only logical move was to send level 7 again and level 8 from so many reasons(king kills gold, they lose gold, we get time, etc), instead of that, he dont cooperate and upgrade king alone and he upgrade HP, so they can see it! so clearly he try to TK in game that should over on level 7 or level 8! of course, they leak 60+ on level 7, but he just didn't listen!

I am a LTD veteran playing this game since a very long time and I can tell that only a noob would say such thing. Sending on 7, against the enemy when they have immolation and that they upped king insanely on lvl 5 is just a throw. He just called to send 7 and started send without anyone from team accepting it. I said no and I justified myself, then I stated up hp, hoping my team mates would be less stupid then Cocacola, but they were not. Cocacola basically went all-in in a forced send to try get heals vs a 20-10-20 king with immolation. Luckyly, enemy team didn't send, otherwise we would have used many heals. And he talks about TK ?! hahahhahaha

I didn't play solo, I was perfectly fine with my other teammates, I didn't play against our team on purpose, actually, i didn't play against our team at all. And If i didn't up king on 7, we would have used 1 heal, then the game would have been over on 8 because we used all our heals there.

Being veteran does not mean that you know to do anything. Admins will come, prepare for vacation mode, and you will have a lot of time on it to think about when to up solo king and when to send solo. Upgrading king SOLO only cause you think that that is good and not cooperate with team is banable and against the rules. So now i suggest you to download super-mario or cs 1.6 and put bots in it, and do what ever you think that is good, in this game we play team mode!

When 3 of us send and you up king SOLO, you break the rules, you get ban for it. Get it through your head. Period

Id vouch for Kiwi as well, We started to play this game at around the same time and played hundreds of games with him, Never have I seen a hint of gameruining or teamkilling in his gameplay , quite the contrary.

Kiwi knows what he is doing and tbh sending 7 vs full king + immo is dumb enough but not even considering strengths and weaknesses of both teams on 8 is frankly retarded...
It looks to me that Kiwi made the reasonable move a smart player does..

1) No matter how obviously bad a call is, if your teammates go for it, then you better join
2) Yes, sending 7 vs immo and high king was the a bad call.

So by the rules, Kiwi could be banned, as he didn't follow team decision even if the rest remained silent (at first) but they sent, although his choice was the correct one.

rules are rules, no mather how stupid or not stupid call is, if all goes in, he must goes in, otherwise he don't respect rules and with no respecting the rules we can just all go play super mario. BTW us 3 send on level 7 and make them leak 60+, so, level 7 call was smart as fu*k call, if he join send instead upgrading king, they could leak 80+, that means more time, more lost gold for them, more king kills gold for us, everything more! there was no danger AT ALL that we can even 1 TIME HEAL cause we push hard as fu*k! we just couldnt finish game on 7 or 8, full king and 90 leaks on 8 still doesnt kill them, so yes, send on 7 and make them leak 80+ and resend on 8 and make them leak again 50-80 is much better then only send on 8 and not kill them for 40 to 70 less leak on king?

I know this rule exist, but as I understand it, in that case, it doesn't apply, because your calls were pure teamkill. Teamkill = Lose = Not to win.

You don't send to make them lose gold, you send to make them lose heals.
There is a strategy that has been forbidden lately to purposely not hold any level after lvl 2 (max 3) and just go full regen and hp with high pushes. They don't up attack, so they can kill creeps as slow as possible. They leak all waves 60+ even without send. After king has 20/0/20 upgrades, they send like 50-70 wyverns for lvl 7 and game over if no immo.

Your ignorance to not accept the vastly dominating opinion of higher ELO and way more experienced players is something that will keep you on your level. On contrary, you start insulting people, that's why I was mocking you now in this post.

You send to get their heals at lvl 5+. Before it has also scouting purposes and in rare occasions disrupting purposes on lvl 4 if you know ppl underbuild for 2nd lod/ygg or hydra. Also take into your calculations how much they would have leaked anyway. Because only the difference between those 2 numbers is your gain. If opponents have immo and high king, sending is under no circumstances a good idea. Rather go 8 if their anti-8 sucks or go king and send 10 if their anti-10 sucks. Sending 7 is worst option there.

Nothing against you but i just want to voice out that in the eyes of the rules word for word, he actually did not break any rules. Just afew factors on this that i will like to point out. The 2 rules that you are referring to here is:

1. Refusing to cooperate when asked to do so several times by sending alone and not save-send with teammates to win.
2. Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).

Like point 1 says, sending alone and not save-send TO WIN, the last 2 words are there for a reason. Its just like law, every word in the penal code counts. So technically, if his decision SAVE the team, he did not breach any rules.

Point 2 is even more obvious, he is not team-killing if his judgement made is correct.

I will think that he made a huge gamble here and he should be respected for that cause he risked a ban to help his team, if his analysis on the game is wrong. However the result was proven to be in his favour.

Lastly since we respect the rules so much, we need to respect it word for word, the rules did not mention anything about upping-king. And upping-king is not considered a send so it's not solo send thus only point 2 should be put into consideration of whether he should be banned or not. And since his decision did save the team on wave 8, he did not team-kill either.

Like i just said in my previous post, RESPECTING the rules means to RESPECT EVERY SINGLE WORD of the rules and not just the parts that tells the story in your favour

No offense taken. I have just seen people gotten banned for not sending with team (almost always, though ban-duration depended on impact of it), even when it is not specifically mentioned in the rule-description, and the referred rule-violation was the "Refusing to cooperate". I assume it was either obvious for the mods that this was included or they forgot to mention it.
I understand what you are saying about lvl 8, I don't disagree there, it just depends on how you interpret this case. Since his negative impact was low (if at all or even the opposite), maybe just a warning is issued or w/e.
