Any further thoughts: At 30 seconds, hes waiting outside waiting for me to finish building my rc. The SECOND I finish my rc, he wws and waits for me outside my wall with no vision at all. Faerie leaves his lumber base around 55 seconds and you can see titan running toward the faerie as he gets closer even though titan has no vision on the faerie. At 1:43, he tries to nuke the faerie near the wall without even knowing he could be there. 1:46, he leaves as titan. I also like to point out that he doesn't even buy a pearl.

Btw, decliffor (radioactive) suicides at 3:25.

1. He runs bottom of map beginning of the game and pearls a lumber base to nuke workers. He didn't even pearl beforehand to actually see if there was a lumber base. Being a luci, he has a pearl skill and a pearl. Why wouldn't he check beforehand?
2. After tping mid when finished with teal's lumber base, he wws (1:54 game time) toward troll with no vision knowing that they were there.
3. 5:14 - sees green walk out of lumber base and wws to kill. Again, no vision prior to ww
4. 12:02 - ww before seeing demo to cut him off and kill

This should be enough proof as he wws early 3 times just as he's about to kill someone.

Not sure a ban will really do much, In a previous lobby I was in with him/her they had said they are banned currently and were dodging.

Solution: Give me mod power. I will banhammer every person I suspect to be this player by executive order bypassing the BRQ system. Eventually bnet will run out of viable names, and the problem will be solved.

I already banned him earlier today for dodging.
