Any further thoughts: Gandalf (Furion) is game ruining throughout, but most blatant 3 below. I have played with him before where he has game ruined, but this time was more blatant. Aside from his dagon 5, no items, just tping to last hit, concrete examples below

1. At 21:07 in game time, he dies with gem, pauses and saves game at crucial moment when slark on opposing team is trying to run away
2. At 25:00 in game time, he spents about 2.5 minutes inside scourge base for no reason other than to dick around while our team is pushing
3. At 19:00 in game time, he is asked one more time to please plant the wards he is hoarding. He buys wards the whole game, at one point up to hoarding 12 wards without planting so nobody on the team can buy or plant wards

Please ban as long as possible. 2 weeks?
