Any further thoughts: Claims later in the game than he was not the one that deactivated but someone he shared control with (not the case). Clear troll.

I was directed here by the poster. Its pretty clear from the replayed that the player had shared control when the event occurred, and then took away shared after it had happen.
I have also checked match history and seen that the player that timelord blamed for the event plays with civiliznations allot. This could be a case of civiliznations and a friend game rigging. Extremely disturbing. Especially since I have recently reported civiliznations for cheating in a different case.
