Any further thoughts: Well, here it gets interested, this is like the 10th time out of 13 games or so that people with 1000 elo leave in my team, and they just happen to be from the same country as someone on the other team. So might be a booster or not, either way i really hope you give this player some kind of punishment, maybe he was just a random player leaving when it got hard, but he was pretty good actually, so he has played this game alot and i assume he just makes new accounts all the time and ruin the games he think isnt worth continuing, if he has a record on previous accounts to leave games randomly, maybe its time to give him a bigger ban?

Auto ban takes care of leavers/disconnections/etc.

In the case of leaving an LTD game voluntarily, the penalty is 2 days.
