Game Name: [ENT] DotA arem us/ca #77
Your Warcraft III Username: Binary@uswest.battle.net
Violator's Warcraft III Username: gin82@uswest.battle.net // fuka@europe.battle.net
Violated Rule(s): Leaving // Intentional Plug Pull
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): gin82 (0 seconds) // fuka (55 seconds)
Any further thoughts: This lobby filled up and the game started, the moment the game started gin82 left the room without saying anything. Shortly after light blue and 2 members of the sentinel team requested a draw as it was a 5 vs 4. Since all of us didnt vote, light blue plug pulled or d'synced by closing the gaming client, flushing their connection, or removing their physical connection(layer1). The reason I know this is because I ran a reverse DNS look up on fuka's IP and noticed the DNS cache was flushed. :) (NOTE: I am a network engineer in real life, I know im a nerd :) )

Recommendation:

gin82 - issue a ban justified of their past history of leaving, if it was me after reviewing his past I would grant him 24-72 hours ban with no possible appeal. This would force them to wait this out and prevent it from happening again.

fuka - Issue a 12 hour ban for intentionally game ruining. If this is a re-occurring instance with this player extend the ban longer.

Please advise if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanks

Leavers/disconnections/plug pullers/etc are all taken care of by the auto ban.

fuka actually straight up left. There was no plug pulling or anything, and i don't think flushing your DNS can cause disconnection.

Processing.
