level 13 he simply refuse to upgrade his king due lack of leaks and died because he saved his tons of lumber, if he used all lumber to upgrade king regenerate we would survive, he just wanted king to die.

After reviewing:

Team plan was send 11 (which he does), upgrade king and go 17 - since the send on 11, he doens't upgrade the king at all, and ends up dying on 13

overwatch@useast.battle.net banned for 3 days (refusal to save/send with the team - high impact)
