Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 13:55, he informs the team that he's going to farm the rest of the game. 15:39, still keeping his stand, refusing not to help. 18:30, enemy team starts to raze our base, player still refuses to help the team.
Any further thoughts: Player visibly and verbally refused to help the team after 13:55. Although the team was not that capable, he negated any chance of a comeback or even a fight against the enemy team, thus effectively ruining the game. His actions are in a direct violation of the following rule:

Do not go away from keyboard for an excessive amount of time, especially without telling other players beforehand, and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it. Neither are you allowed to grief by resetting the afk timer.
