After reviewing:

He dind't click/select the king since 15 minutes

So while he did have king selected, he dind't control it at all, no DRM selections at all (but neither did anyone in your team try to take control of it either), so can't blame him alone for it (One thing is intentional bad king control, another is no king control at all), and in this case, king simply wasn't controlled

Considering theres no bad control, or clear intention to ruin game, im denying this ban request
