Time of Violation (in-game or replay): I was on the other team so I did not really notice until axe pointed it out. I think it was at the 20 minute replay timer or something.
Any further thoughts: Well he was trying to preserve his stats after losing the game I believe. He is a decent player and actually playing would have helped out his team perhaps or even staying afk until he got kicked for leaver gold. But he is trying to avoid a ban by constantly moving his hero every 4 minutes or so. I don't think this is the first time he has done this. If it was a one time thing why bother report, but this person is a stat whore. I mean its not a bad thing to get good stats just play instead of giving up or straight up just leave if you don't want to play anymore.
