Any further thoughts: At 20:37 legion dies and for the next 5 minutes afks in the fountain, long enough for the -kickafk prompt to come up. He didn't let us know he was going to afk and he didn't give any reason for doing so when he returned. The enemy was running an aggressive push strategy and during his afk period we suffered several hero kills and tower kills, we really couldnt afford to be shorthanded.

Confirmed spiritmooning afks about 5 minutes on the time mentioned, banned 3 days for afk/ruin even though it was 1 instance of afk he had prior history of afk ruin + it was enough time to use -kick command from game.
