18.46 you see him already know where is slark not border to see the illus come and sk att him, he totally stop the hero.

11:27 => could not find anything suspicious at all ... Not sure why you indicated that timestamp (game time / not replay time).
11:51 => sniper was seen bot lane with creeps and backed to tower. Nothing suspicious to me there ...
13:10 => he went straight to slark, but slark was last seen top lane and it was likely that he would be either in the wood or there, so it indeed looks suspicious but not close enough to a clear evidence ...
18:46 => they had a ward there, nothing suspicious at all ...
I do not think that the timestamps you provide are close to lead to a ban. Not enough evidence for me.
