Any further thoughts: solosend lvl 7 whan we had STOMP and noone holder lvl7 and we up king. Than he takes king and dont killing sended units for loose. And 12:33 he insult me, if i tell him "up king att 6 and regen".

I watched the replay and during level 7, he did not aim the hermits(except at the end but they were seconds away from death) which most likely ruined the game from healing the creeps. The stomp should've killed them most if not all of the creeps.
I agree with a ban against Snak for game ruin, if the king was upgraded instead of a solo send they would've survived the round.

After review:
While you are right that this was a suicidal send, player Snak can't be banned for solo sending, because red called send, you called king, blue sent without saying anything and purple remained silent, so it is 2v1 for sending.
However, player Snak did juggle with king and didn't kill the highest priority unit.
Player Snak is banned 2 days for king juggle.
