Violated Rule(s): Rocknrolled tk attempt on purpose watch replay its obviously on purpose he overbuild whole game when everyone know it not needed, ignore whole team, and solosend we annonced it 3rd time we tryed to kick him we did annonceto the west team what he did but they totally refuse to kick and cooperate to even after see rock solosend on lvl 10 and 3 of our guys !yes for kick, btw i think they did it on purpose to just to take some free elo since we had no way to win with that troll/teamkiller/gameruiner dunno how to named it

Do not ruin the game on purpose:
Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Around lvl 5 to lvl 15 with votekick attempt at 5 7 10 if i remember
Any further thoughts: I usually dont cry when someone fail big time in game this happen to everyone but here its clearly on purpose.

Funny I just played with rocknrolled was going to submit him too. He started the game ignored all of us when we didn't even say anything to him, then came and stole my mid to game ruin. then he afk'd at important times

he also has like 100 bans for similar things... never learns his lesson lol

After reviewing:

I don't see a teamkill here. He is not selling units, juggeling king or something like that. He ist just overbuilding a bit which is ok. You were angry cause Rocknrolled did not play like u want or ordered him, but he don't have to. Pink ignored him pretty early and Rocknrolled ignored you after u started flaming at him (which i think is ok). In my oppintion the solo send took place because the was no communication possible caus u ignored each other.

After reviewing some of the cases provided by tyler i can say that Rocknrolled isn't the kindest player and he seems to flame a lot but this is no teamkill here.

In my opinion Rocknrolled should not be banned for teamkill. I leave it to the mods if they ban him for flame or solosend.
