Pretty straightforward: I didn't play like my team wanted and this guy decided to votekick me. Below are the timestamps. This guy almost got me kicked out of the game because almost everyone voted yes at some point or another. I am requesting a ban on this player for egregious votekick abuse to the point of ruining the game for me.

Any further thoughts:

1) first, I acknowledge that
a) I had a few solo deaths throughout the game from being caught in the jungle by 2, 3, or 4 hero ganks (enemy team had warded our whole jungle and had 2 lothars and a clinks)
b) Some people complained that I bought a gem and didn't follow the team. When I bought the gem, I had no items beside a blink dagger and phase boots and I bought it for my own protection from invis hero ganks. I didn't follow the team with it because I knew we weren't strong enough to fight them, and sure enough as soon as I fought with my team I died and lost the gem.
c) I was accused of not communicating with the team, and that's absolutely the case for blue and purple - I know myself and I know that using the !ignore function would allow me to play better rather than reading their flame.
d) I did throw out one votekick on purple out of spite.

I did this not as a serious attempt to get him kicked out of the game - I knew he didn't deserve to be kicked nor would he be kicked - but rather to let him know I didn't appreciate his attempts to votekick me for equally ridiculous reasons. Apparently my communication didn't come across because he kept on votekicking me. Anyway, one votekick attempt out of frustration might be against the rules but I didn't do it more than once.

2) I was accused of giving away duel damage on purpose (see chat below). While it is true that I barely got any off duels off because of the linkens that were bought, to my recollection I never lost a duel all game, and certainly didn't intentionally lose duels to give away damage. In fact, I tried at least twice to use duel as a saving mechanism for my teammates.

3) Despite all the complaints that I was "throwing" the game, I was the only player that bought gem against 3 invis heroes, I bought numerous dusts, sentries and observer wards - more than the players who desperately tried to votekick me. And I had to deal with flame from my team and from the enemy team. In a game we eventually won! Gotta love this community!
