Any further thoughts: I told him to not build on my side but yet he did it. I play for fun and wanted to see how good I do alone. I don't like crossing, he respected that at the beginning and yet built with me at wave 14...

I don't think he broke any rules, he didn't build to maliciously steal kills (as the rule states), he built because he was dead value and so you can hold your lane better + go mid. Was a team favored decision (2-1) as well
