Then he harassed us because of our language and called us nazis, which is not funny in anyway.

In the game he started selling all his stuff at 3:30 and stayed there for the whole game upgrading towers and starts building towers at 20:15.
Don't understand me wrong there was a forum post about upgrading (in which it got called a viable tactic) and he called it stalling tactic. But this has nothing to do with playing this game in anyway.
He also confesses that he is not even trying to win, or even to play.

I was not the first person he tried to bully with his ''stalling tactic''. And he does not even notice that he is also stealing his team the chance of winning.

I upgraded towers, and applied some psych pressure to get the enemy to leave the game, this is nothing more than a ruse on my part to get the enemy team to leave.

We don't usually ban people for doing strategies that are weak, or unpopular etc. provided they are using the strategies honestly with intent to try and win the game and without any ill intent towards other players in the game.

However in this game your intent is very transparent @qaqa . You admitted several times in the chat that you were not using the 'stalling strat' to win the game, but rather to stall it and waste the time of the players on the other team who you had beef with because you believed they were stacking.

You were also banned previously for refusing to play the game to spite other players and this game follows a similar pattern of toxic behaviour in the chat. Even if it was 'psych pressure to try and get the enemy team to leave' as you say, that certainly would not excuse your behaviour as making the game unpleasant for other players in the game with the goal of making them leave is not exactly giving a good game experience. Not that I believe that for a second anyway as your reasons for doing it are clear, you have beef with other players in the game.

Since you were not trying to win and instead trying to waste the time of the enemy, that's the same as refusing to play the game.
