Any further thoughts:
Brown was more than half of the game afk. He was lvl 7 on a 33min game and all blue said, is that he is not breaking the rules, because he moved always.. So no autokick was possible and several votekicks didnt complete because of blue/koldbrann.
Maybe ban paleva too. Dota is hard theese days on pub...

Why didn't you post a ban request for the main rulebreaker brown that was afking and instead you're trying to get an enemy banned for not voting or something? This is kinda weird.

Player [paleva] is banned 3 days for AFK/griefing.
Player [Koldbrann] is banned 2 days for refusal to VK.
