Time of Violation (in-game or replay): juntd went afk at ~arena after level 10 and I waited until level 13 to votekick.
Any further thoughts: I gave them sufficient time to kick the afker and informed them I would ban them if they didn't kick. Juntd was 1k undervalued at level 14 and did not send lumber, in order to give us a chance to survive level 14 a votekick should have gone through. "You are obligated to !votekick any player that has broken any of ENT's rules. If someone or several indicate that a particular player is game ruining, you, as a player in the game, are obligated to question/check about the situation/claim." ..."Do not go away from keyboard for an excessive amount of time, especially without telling other players beforehand, and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it."
