Violated Rule(s): Well i mostly wanted to consult admins, because this is not bannable but probably it should be. This guy was even banned for it a few times. He always rushes to red position and suggesting modes that most players don't want to play, resulting bot to be blocked for half an hour or longer, searching for the players who actually want to play that mode.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay):
Any further thoughts: I'm quite positive that 4 games can start during that time, thus it can be considered a bot block, and a massive time waste for players. For example we started a default mode game, someone left, we draw, start a new game with same players, he takes red position anounces pr mode, and everyone leaves. First game was filled in minutes, the pr lobby is 12 minutes atm and going up.
