troll comes to middle lane with no items, does not engage enemy hero or creeps, does not communicate with his team, does not buy an item until min 17. Clearly meets criteria for game ruin.
wErTrollOL banned 5 days.
Multiple votekicks attempted. The first one was abusive, occuring as soon as he came mid and prior to any evidence for game ruin. The next three were justified however, and by the third one should have been obvious to opposing players as well.
energyflow, doctor_who, Soldier098, and AAA+ all failed to vote on any of them and are each banned 2 days for failure to vk game ruiner.

Necro goes afk at fountain from 637-715, and 901-1302. Gyro goes afk at fountain from 1013-1131, and 1230-1356.
