Any further thoughts: He clearly built range where I told him not to, which caused us to split and lose the game. That is 100% fact. I couldn't build in his area, hence why he needed to build melee in the front, which I told him numerous times. Also, my team mates were telling him to unmute because we started splitting earlier from the range he put in the front. He would not listen to me, the team member who is building, or would listen to his team mates who told him to listen. I have been banned for holding my lane, sending with team, and etc.....but this guy doesn't get banned for not working with team because of why? The facts are, we needed melee in the front to drag down the rest of the guys, he refused, we split because of it, we lost the game because of him.

This ban request seems to have been denied the day prior to this being posted again.

After reviewing the chat log i'd agree with what AmnoN said regarding "your word against your partner's". It did not appear that he was refusing to cooperate during the majority of the game, and only ignored you after many messages near the end.

I do not think any rules were broken here as he only ignored you after 5/6 of the game was already completed. Though ignoring you may cause dysfunction in the team play, it's not against the rules to do so.

I believe the first review completed by AmnoN to be accurate for this ban request, and a ban should be denied.

Agreed with @Unitil . I cant see bad intentions here... just maybe wrong decisions made, by both of you. Sometimes youre just unlucky with rolls. If he wouldnt build at all you would die aswell.
