00:30 - Goes afk at bot tower for a minute
2:30 - Right-clicks on Rexx and just follows him around not doing anything. Does this for about 2.5 minutes
6:00 - Goes back to base and goes afk for close to 2.5 minutes. At this point, gray pointed out that troll was afk and that we should kick, but no vk was started and I only just saw that during replay or else I would have started it.
9:00 - Right-Clicks on Rubick and follows him around until he changes onto AA. When AA dies in the team fight around 10:30, because the hero he clicked onto is no longer alive, he ends up engaging neutrals and dies.
11:20 - Respawns and goes afk for about another minute. Still no items. At this point, I start a vk and explain that he's level 4, has no items, and goes afk. Only UlTraLuZ votes to kick.
12:30 - I guess in response to me starting the vk, he right clicks me (Blood Seeker) and goes afk as his hero follows me around for 4 minutes, even when I tp across the map a couple of times. During this time, I start another vk, and again, only UlTraLuZ votes.
16:30 - changes his right click target to Rubick and ends up dying in ensuing fight.
17:17 - Respawns and goes afk for another minute or so.
18:30 - buys 42 dusts.
18:40 - I start another vk explaining this new development. This time kingsmen218, CUM-, MeO562 and UlTraLuZ vote.
19:10 - leaves fountain with 62 dust and no other items at level 5, and right clicks onto Rexx until he dies during the push at 21:45. No skills used.
22:35 - He buys 10 more dust and I start another vk. Nobody votes yes
23:30 - Goes afk at top rune for another minute. Proceeds to where we're pushing, he right clicks onto Rubick, then dies.
27:00 - Brings his dust total to 92 with no other items and level 8.
27:50 - Goes afk at Roshan for about 40 secs, takes him on and dies.
29:20 - Respawns and goes afk for almost a minute, takes a few steps out of fountain, then goes back in and afks until the end of the game with 100 dust.

I hope this guy gets more than the usual game ruining ban duration. Also, I know you guys ban for not vote kicking someone ruining the game. There were a lot of them and I think they should be banned at least a day. I feel like my team gave up trying to vk because only two Sentinel ever responded, and even then, that was on the third try. Those Sentinel players that never voted should at least be given a short ban. Thanks.
