Violated Rule(s): Preteaming, ruining the experince of other players, communicating with other players while in game. Early on in the game you can see the preteaming against Kaano (purple) then later against me. On turn 31 he accidently mixed up his whisper and you can see it in chat
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): All throughout, specifically turn 31.
Any further thoughts: He has been doing this for years. He is usually more discrete about it. This time is the first time there is hard evidence.
