He claims to be an admin, then threatens I griefed and says I will have a warning for it. Watch replay, I was the only one all game pushing and trying to win. So in that case, that is abusing his powers.

While orgy did initiate a votekick, it didn't pass so no harm done. It's just 2 badmouth idiots spamming allchat shittalking each other for 30 minutes, nothing more. My eyes might have received permanent damage though.
