I missed a heal which isn't against the rules, only if I do it intentionally, which I didn't.

Posted ban request on him for deceiving rules this clearly shows he doesn't know rules . I don't have to kick a player for lagging out Dew. has gproxy and he was trying to reconnect but his internet was giving him problems

1. Gproxy is a reconnection tool. You are in your rights to !votekick player who lags, but be advised that no one is obligated to vote !yes. If it's not done on purpose, trying to reconnect with Gproxy isn't considered: "(21:45 / All) DrCoxie: holding the game up?". I understand it could be annoying to wait, but please understand others that they want to give a chance to teammate to get back.

You are wrong. Refusing to heal is against ENT rules no matter your intentions.

I'm warning you instead of issuing a ban because I think you didn't do this things maliciously. But please familiarize yourself better with ENT rules (you can find it here: Rules.).
