Please be sure the entire request is filled out before submitting your Ban Request in the future. Important details such as Violator's Username, game name, and replay link were all missed.

You can find your game replays on our STATS page. You can use the search feature and enter in your username to find games you've played in the past. The link on this portion of the site, for the specific game you're reporting, is what you should include on your Ban Request.
