Your Warcraft III Username: FLorward
Violator's Warcraft III Username: Sleep0r
Violated Rule(s): anti-stuck abuse

Any further thoughts: was bad mouthing all game long, extremely toxic so i had to ignore him in the middle of the game. Then when the units stuck he refused to AS them to buy more time to harvest lumbers.

I don't agree with you saying he was bad mouthing, sure he never stopped talking and I would probably have muted him myself, but I don't believe it caused any harm.
(34:04 / All) FLorward: u were swearing all game
He didn't swear once in that game, wouldn't exactly call it toxic.
He failed to anti the unit for about 10 seconds even after he spotted it, was even told by red to anti and he replied with "you anti it".

It seems more like he was trying to have friendly banter with you. I play with these types of people all the time, he wasn't meaning anything by any of it.
Sleep0r should be banned for failure to antistuck the two tusk in mid at 14 to gain time for lumber.
