Then sells items & buys mass wards. Places em around fountain. After that he just remains fountain, leaves base couple times to kill neutrals then goes back to fountain. Appears in a team fight, with no items & dies, proving to Scourge team that he should be kicked.

vlegardtg banned 5 days for selling items & buying mass wards, then refusing to play.
Non-voters ImaTiger, Lowe & policeman banned 3 days for refusing to kick obvious thrower.
