Up until 1530, none of his deaths was intentional. Which means your first votekick was abusive.

At 1537 he dives 2 players in their tower, and dies without casting any spells or even trying.

The 2nd votekick starts right after the above suicide. However, the reason was given a few seconds later, which happened to be during a fight.

1620 he sells his items and buys BOT, in order to suicide faster. Which he does a few seconds later.

Then he abuses the votekick.

The 3rd votekick against him passed. Given the 1st one was abusive, the 2nd one was at a time when players couldn't pay attention, and the 3rd one passed, no bans will be issued for refusing to votekick.
