Any further thoughts: He got mad cause i guess he pearled earlier but I built first and then builds a 15-20 walls after i told him to get out. Didn't give him permission.

Everyone has moments of idiocy, this was maybe a 20 second argument we had that we resolved quickly

Quite frankly ... you only considered "apologizing" and help destroy walls after he said he was gonna post a ban request on you and started the votekick -> What he said is correct: It doens't matter if you ping, or claim it via "chat": The first builder to get to the base, and build on it, is the actual owner of it (It starts at 9.15 and goes almost to 11.30, where he helps destroying the walls).

If a player pings a seed and/or a base it does not mean they have the right to have the seed and/or base.
The first unit that has the ability to build (includes any builder/summoner, excludes nature's workers) to the seed and/or base has the rights to it.

Intentionally fed fruit seeds (starts to deto them when titan/minis were already destroying it) - You can't really blame people for reporting you, when you break the rules, dont say a single thing, until someone starts votekicking you (or claims they're gonna ban request you)... in the end, it is you who gives them a reason to report in the first place :p
