Time of Violation (in-game or replay): several times starting the beginning of the game, after he had permanent invisibility and troll form he would just go troll to instantly turn invisible to flee from battle
Any further thoughts: another player nicknamed "ok," from the same game (axe) was being a rude prick throughout the entire game, if being offensive is a violation, banning him would be nice too

He used it once early game, where he wouldn't have died, to get the movespeed boost. Other than that he just maxed perm invis first. Ban request denied.
