Any further thoughts: Afk as titan, was the last to join. paused and waited about a minute before votekicking. I've heard he does this alot but I havn't looked into it.

Also the guy who took over titan "neco" seemed to have a thing for not killing the tauren and letting him gold. o.O fishy fishy fishy. but idk what to make of that.

He might be running under magnolian@euro and lal.gays@euro. Both from same country, both ruining most games they join.

So I haven't been able to tell how long he afk's for since I'm having trouble with DRM (I will accept any help someone can give me to get it working properly), but I believe photon_man24 and that Magnataur should be banned for afk. Being the last to join he should not have afked in the first place. Photon_man24 even paused the game (I don't know how long) for titan to see if he would pick but no such luck.
You cannot expect people to wait too long for an afker to come back. In my opinion, 5 minutes is the max that people should wait and if they can't prove their back then votekick.

Also to comment on photons further thoughts. Titan did in fact leave Tauren alone almost for the entirety of the game, including any buildings. However he does end up killing him after 36 mins (replay timer), but I am pretty sure that is ruining the game by ignoring him for so long since he's basically refusing to play properly and I've seen this behavior result in a ban in some cases.
