Time of Violation (in-game or replay): @ 14 min mark and on we tried to kick even though mishutin had ruined the game hard by then but nerd_alert still refused.
Any further thoughts:
mishutin literally spawns teleports out and feeds non stop all game and nerd with his refusal should not go unpunished when it was obvious it was a game ruin.

14 min in he is lvl 4 and 0-10 and nerd_alert refuses to kick saying he is not ruining the game when mishutin feeds on average once every minute and 24 seconds. If this is not game ruining then I do not know what is.

There you can see the game rules. I do not believe Mishutin was feeding on purpose i feel as if he got a bad start early on. he never once ran into tower to suicide and everytime i tried killing him he stunned and attempted to run. he even said multiple times that he was no trying to feed. (22:14 / All) mishutin: I AM NOT FEEDER. as i said before i believe he had a bad start which can ruin a game for you unless your team comes and helps.

He says he is not a feeder but dies on average once every minute and 24 seconds of the game... sure ok w/e you say there.

If you watch the replay all his deaths bottom, after the first, were either ganks or he was at his own tower.

But he did go afk a lot. mishutin banned 3 days for afk.
