If you spent any time at all looking into this then you would have read the chat log where it is clear we vk as soon as we found out. Smartass

ive missed single vote kicks before usually 2 or 3 are needed to make sure eveyrone sees them

Try to initiate more than 1 votekick next time. A majority of the time (especially when a non voter is on each team) it takes 2 attempts to get it passed.
