i posted a link from my ban appeal, he wanted to let 3 player get banned because we kicked him for ruining a game by not kicking afk, insulting and more

at least i dont even know why thinu made this ban happen, if he really looked though the chat - he should see the cancer player

at first i wanted to report him for his action from start - but then i thought everyone got a bad day at a time, but when i got banned for this - i dont see any reason to not report him for this

He was denied his ban appeal because it was obviously, silly and preposterous.

Here's what happened:
1) You said blue was afk and to kick.
2) I replied back saying I will draw and that I had no evidence blue was actually even afk.
3) As soon as I saw blue was afk, I voted yes. That was ONE round in which you suffered zero negative effects due to blue leaking. You should be thankful I even kicked as soon as I did because in many games, some people don't even consider kicking.
4) I continued on with the game. You said I didn't kick blue. Okay, so please explain to me how did blue get removed from the game? As the game went on, you guys kept trying to kick me despite me obliging to kick blue. You had zero reason to do so - as I already mentioned numerous times. Thankfully, orange was not voting yes to your abusive votekick but as soon as he left, you guys thought it was funny to votekick me. I warned you guys NUMEROUS times that it was a votekick abuse. The reason PeToTheEnis is upset is because the previous game, I beat him and said GG. Apparently, he got upset by that and had to reestablish his ego.


Summary: I did nothing wrong. I didn't want to kick blue unless there was evidence of an afk'er. Instead, I voted to draw before the round started. As soon as I saw huge leaks from blue's lane, I voted yes and blue was removed. Blue leaking had zero effect on the game at that point. The rest of the guys, all germans and presumably know each other, voted yes to kick me for their guilty pleasure of amusement. Here's what they said as soon as I was kicked:

Furthermore, the hilarious part about this is the fact that red and teal both typed !draw just seconds after kicking me. They had no intention of kicking a supposed, "game-ruiner" but wanted to kick me because it would be something they could laugh about.

In contextual purposes, I have no hard feelings with this user. I won regardless and he has been banned. I hope he learns that you can't kick someone because your friends are in the game and or vice-versa. The above user still has difficulty understanding that he was the toxic player. Please establish that and familiarize him with the rules before unbanning; thank you.

OP is clearly a liar. His inability to understand why he is at fault and then trying to project his issues onto me by claiming I was the toxic one is blatantly egregious. If I could, I would opt to have him banned for a longer period. If he's not able to understand the rules that are written as clear as the bible, then he should be given a ban until he is able to decipher just exactly what it means.

His volatile lies is just excruciating. In numerous occasions, his claims contradict reality. It's obvious that him and red are buddies and wanted a good laugh to they kicked me. Insulting and letting people be banned for no reason? First off, I DID kick the afk'er. You act as if blue leaking level 1 caused you guys to lose a heal or affected your gold count. Second off, if you think calling someone a dummy ONLINE is an insult worth banning over, you probably think someone should be imprisoned for saying d-bag. Third and lastly, I didn't let you be banned. You got yourself banned after I gave you guys numerous warnings that kicking me without a legitimate cause would be bannable. You ignored it by thinking you were above the rules and or you truly think you were at right. If the latter, you should be banned longer because someone shouldn't be votekicked out of the game for no reason other than because you think you're the one who decides who should be banned.

in every game ur insulting others, every end of game - bitches and more, but ent accepts this np for me tho lets have fun and insult in games until ent is just a toxic server - i think thats what thinu wanted to say, cause ent already is really toxic and noone seems to care that those kind of players ruining server and games

i'd add something like this to rules, to stop at least a high percentage of players from doing this
i dont care if he gets banned, i dont care if u ban me- i am still playing with or without ban doesnt matter, but i do care for the other players who cant play now because this kid is ruining several games by his behaviour and at least he gets kicked in a game for this and the players who are always playing by the rules and beeing polite getting banned - i tried my best, but u rather take the toxic than the polite players, ur servers ur thing

The votekick is started once round 1 starts:



It becomes evident for the enemy team that he was afk (as they can see the 0 bounty leaks mid) at 2 minutes - when leaks arrive mid -> Mazer voted on this time, given the fact he had enough evidence to vote at this time

If you had a problem with yellow chat, you could have simply !ignore him (specially since you're not on the same team), however starting a votekick against, without a reason, only makes your case worse (and Mazer ends up being votekicked without a reason, ergo why he reported you and the voters and you were all banned for it)

This ban requested should be denied (Mazer voted when he had enough evidence to kick blue, and the difference from the votekick start to him votingwas 40 secs, without any impact)
